These terms apply to the Jourlo iPhone app and related services. By using Jourlo, you agree to the applicable terms. The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms supplement that license. Apple’s terms govern App Store transactions.
Use Jourlo lawfully and protect your account credentials. Registration and purchases are subject to applicable age, consent, and parental-authorization requirements.
You own your journal content. Keep your device secure and back up or export content you want to retain. Optional iCloud sync depends on your Apple Account and settings. Data can be lost through deletion, device loss, resets, or software failures.
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Accepting these terms does not replace any separate consent required by law.
Jourlo is free to download, with optional annual and lifetime premium purchases. The current price, currency, billing period, features, and any trial are displayed before purchase.
Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple. A trial, if offered, converts to the displayed paid subscription unless canceled in time. Cancel a free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends.
Manage renewal in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Jourlo. Deleting the app or account does not cancel billing. Apple handles refund eligibility; request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
A lifetime upgrade is a one-time purchase of the entitlement described at checkout for the supported life of the product. Existing purchase promises and mandatory consumer rights remain in effect.
Features can depend on your device, iOS version, permissions, and third-party services. Jourlo’s prompts and mood insights support reflection and are not medical advice.
We aim to maintain a useful and reliable app but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or recovery of deleted local data. Warranty and liability terms in the app license apply only as permitted by law. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
